Army Corps/EPA Mitigation Rule Amendment 2019: Webinar for State and Local Governments

The Department of the Army and the EPA are planning to propose revisions to the jointly-promulgated regulations titled “Compensatory Mitigation for Losses of Aquatic Resources” (Mitigation Rule) (40 CFR Part 230, Subpart J and 33 CFR Part 332). The Agencies are seeking early input from the states on this forthcoming proposal.
